Frequently Asked Questions
How is your service free?

marketing budgets. We are compensated for providing the communities
and owners with a pre-screened and qualified prospect who rents and
eventually occupies a unit at their community for a specified term
or by signing a lease agreement. It’s very much like utilizing
a Buyers Broker in a Real Estate Purchasing transaction; we are paid
by the seller through the proceeds of the transaction. Our agents are
will go above and beyond to find the right place, remember, we don’t
get paid unless we do! Get started here >>

I want the best deal. Should I call other locators?
All locators work with the same properties, so calling several locators
to do research on the same criteria would increase the time you spend
on your apartment search, and that defeats the purpose of using a locator.
Rather, you should choose your locator for its professional business
practice and relationship with Austin area apartment communities, because
they will be bringing their reputation to the properties that you select
to choose from. Get started here >>
